Threshold

Threshold

Threshold is a pop up architecture and built environment centre demonstrating how architects and associated creative professionals can adapt, reuse, transform and re-invent the spaces around us, presenting an exhibition and programme of public events on the theme of inhabiting un[der]-used space(s).

It ran a pop-up architecture centre at MyHotel, Brighton, during Love Architecture 2012; presented a pavilion at TEDxBrighton 2012 that focused on housing needs and intergenerational living; and has won the public art commission for the children’s playground at Wish Park, Hove.

Based in Brighton, Threshold is presented in partnership with a.b.i.r architects, Chalk Architecture, architectural photographer Jim Stephenson, designer and placemaker Richard Wolfstrome and Yelo Architects. It is supported by RIBA Sussex.
