Embers rural place handbook is now live

It was such an honour to be asked to be a part of this - Katharine and Stove Network do such amazing work in Dumfries and Galloway, there are lessons here that anyone working in place can learn from.

The rural place condition is not a static one, it is one of the most dynamic, formative and creative spaces we have, and how we can learn from the rural has a huge part to play in how we tackle that huge question of how we can live today for our tomorrows.

This Handbook is for groups and individuals who are active, or wanting to be active, in bringing about positive change in the places they live. It introduces creative placemaking as a way of making those changes led from within communities.

The following Tools are available alongside this Handbook: Embers Questions, Embers Role Play, and Compass of Values.
